Dynamic immigration law firm in Austin, Texas seeks a fully bilingual receptionist. We are staffed by social justice warriors who are committed to growth and helping bring peace to as many immigrant families as possible. We need a bilingual receptionist with a warm personality, strong organizational skills, a great attitude, and a personal commitment to fighting for immigrants’ rights. Our clients are experiencing stress as immigrants in the Trump Era, and we need a mature and friendly person to help them feel at peace.
Our office is a no drama environment. We do not tolerate gossip or toxicity. We help each other out and work together to revise and improve our systems and procedures continuously to improve the client experience. You must be able to improve, change, and grow with our firm. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding.
