USCIS Updates! Learn About Re-Opening & Fee Increases

Hello everyone!

This is a special Facebook Live Video by Austin Immigration Attorney, Kate Lincoln-Goldfinch, in English and Spanish to discuss USCIS re-opening and increasing fees.

USCIS will reopen on June 4th.

Visitors will not be able to enter if they are experiencing COVID symptoms. Everyone must wear a mask. All people must bring their own pen to sign their forms – blue or black ink only.  This means we are now starting some cases moving through, including biometric appointments and green card interviews.

Application fees are also increasing – see video for details. It is important to get your applications in NOW before the increase affects you.

For questions please call or text (855) 502-0555.

About the Author: Kate Lincoln-Goldfinch

I am the managing partner of Lincoln-Goldfinch Law. Upon graduating from the University of Texas for college and law school, I received an Equal Justice Works Fellowship in 2008, completed at American Gateways. My project served the detained families seeking asylum. After my fellowship, I entered private immigration practice. My firm offers family-based immigration, such as green cards and naturalization, deportation defense, and humanitarian cases such as asylum, U Visa, and VAWA. Everyone at Lincoln-Goldfinch Law is bilingual, has a connection to our cause, and has demonstrated a history of activism for immigrants. To us, our work is not just a job.
