Dear Client:

Thank you for submitting all of your documents! This is a confirmation that we have received the last of your documents, and now your Legal Assistant will begin preparing your official immigration forms and packet.

Once these forms are completed, your Legal Team will send them to you to print, review and sign. If you do not have access to a printer, please let us know. Please note that immigration agencies do not accept digital signatures.

The preparation of your forms and packet by the Legal Assistant generally takes up to 2 weeks, but in more complex cases, it can take longer.

Throughout this stage of the process, your Legal Team may contact you for any clarifications they may need regarding your case. They also may ask you for additional and/or updated documents if needed. It is very important that you respond to your Legal Team’s inquiries, so that they can work on your case efficiently and with accuracy.

Reminder: Filing fees AND attorney fees must be paid in full before your attorney can review your packet for submission to USCIS.

If you are planning to travel, or if you have any significant changes from now until your case is approved, such as contact with the police or immigration, change of marital status, or change in address, please notify your Legal Team immediately.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your Client Care Specialist. Your Legal Team is readily available to address any questions or concerns you may have.

Thank you for your trust and confidence.
