Within this email, you will find a checklist of required documents for your case, and a questionnaire that will only be used internally. Do the best that you can to fill out this questionnaire & kindly ask that you complete it as soon as possible.

After you have received your Welcome email, we will contact you to address any questions or concerns you may have.

Whenever you are ready to start submitting your documents, you can do so by email, fax, text, or you can also drop them off at our office. The office staff will be more than happy to assist you!
