At this point in the process, you have already done your Consultation, and have completed your Onboard Process by signing your contract, making your initial payment, and having Strategy Session with one of our attorneys.

You will now be assigned a Legal Team to your case, which will consist of a Paralegal (also known as a “Legal Assistant”), a Client Care Specialist, and an Attorney.

You will work with several individuals at our firm as we prepare your case, but don’t worry, that is the way we provide the best service to you, and we will take care of you as a team.

The next step is that you will be receiving a Welcome email from your Client Care Specialist within the next few days. This email will contain a list of items that your Legal Team will need from you, a questionnaire that we will need you to complete, as well as the Immigration Filing Fees associated with your case. Please read through your Welcome email very carefully. It is specific to your case, and all of the documents listed there are the documents that are required by immigration for your case in particular.

If you have any questions about any of the required documents, don’t worry, your Client Care Specialist is here for you. The job of this person is to help you gather the documents and answer the questionnaire.

The questionnaire that you are completing is for our internal purposes, and it’s not something we will turn in to immigration, so you can write down any notes or questions on there, but you can also call or email us at any time with your questions.

While your Legal Team works on preparing your case, the person who sends you the Welcome email, the Client Care Specialist, is going to be your point of contact.
