Joshua Meyer

Bankruptcy Division Manager

I grew up on a small farm in Southern Minnesota where we grew small grains and raised cattle & hogs. I went to Concordia College in Northern Minnesota, where I played running back for the Concordia Cobber football team. Seeking a change from the harsh winter climate, I moved to Texas in the winter of 1996 to begin my career. I spent 20 years at Dell Technologies in various sales and project & program manager roles in the commercial segment.

I have always dreamed of having a job where I can make a positive impact on people’s lives and build something meaningful in my community. In July 2020, that dream came true when I joined Lincoln-Goldfinch Law to manage the bankruptcy division at the firm. I aim to help people by demystifying bankruptcy, removing the shame and stigma from financial difficulties, and help share how bankruptcy is one of the tools that helped build our great nation.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful sassy wife and two children. A couple of my hobbies are smoking & grilling meats and fermenting vegetables.
