Full Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Representative to support the firm’s Sales Department. The Sales Representative’s primary goal, with the guidance of an attorney, is to conduct initial and follow-up consultations with leads in order to onboard new clients to the firm. The consultant will identify immigration relief through building a strong relationship and receiving relevant client information in order to successfully welcome new clients to the firm.
*The Sales Representative will never give legal advice without the assistance and support of the attorney of the day. There is no legal knowledge-experience necessary.
Primary Duties & Responsabilities
-Conduct sales consultations.
-Send same day follow up text with quotes and relevant information to all leads who do not hire.
-Follow-up with no-hire leads within 1 or 2 day(s) after their consultation.
-Reach a conversion rate of 38% or above.
-Initiate onboarding process within 24 hours of payment, create matter within one day of SS completion.
-Complete monthly consultation tracking on our admin system on a weekly basis (and uploads recording of every consult).
-Complete administrative task in our different platforms.

Work Conditions/Physical Demands
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 80% of the time. Occasionally must lift 50lbs.
We Provide
Base Salary ($18.00 – $20.00 per hour), Bonus based on performance, 2 weeks PTO, 1 week of paid Holidays, among other benefits.
